Fuzzy, low-def text / Prnt Screen not going clip board properly

My text box and all other text in the game is really fuzzy and out of focus. This only happened after last Mondays mini patch (the most recent as of this post, not the morrowind patch; things were fine right after morrowind). The text is still readable but is hard on the eyes. Not sure how to fix this at all. Also, since then when I screen cap something using Prnt Screen, and go to Ctrl+V into discord or even paint, nothing comes up and discord displays the file as Unknown.png. It still saves properly to the screeshots folder in my ESO files though.

The only thing I can think of is that I enabled my NVIDIA GeForce experience program so that I could record clips but now I don't know how to disable it. I can't see how that would affect my text but I'm 99% sure that's why I can't paste my screen shots.

Check your resolution. Every once in awhile a patch will set my game resolution to something weird... And everything goes fuzzy.

I have GeForce running all the time and it's fine. To turn it off though open GeForce, click the cog wheel in the upper right and look for the switch to turn it off (lower left option)
