What's up with weapon swap? XBone

For a couple weeks now, I've noticed how in some dungeons, weapon swapping seems to have a two second cooldown. The dungeon seems random. But it's happening right now to me in vet Wayrest I.

What's up with that? It is really effing annoying having to double-check on what bar I am, because the game screws up. I have also checked my controller, same on different controller.

I've had this happen to me a lot as well, though it does seem to occur more frequently when the lag picks up

Certainly seems to happen in lag spikes (Cyrodiil).
But it also happens to me with nothing around. It seems to be more tied to the dungeon I'm in.

Hey, sorry to tag you two lovely ladies here, but this is game-breaking. Being punished with a two-second-cooldown every time I swap bars makes some things impossible.

This NEEDS fixing. Maybe reducing the global weapon swap cooldown could work?

Update:

I figured it out.
It is probably a variation of the old "destro lag". As such, reloading your UI with the "/reloadui" command does fix it - temporarily.

Not that anyone would care...
