(BUG) Can't Accept Master Writs PC/Mac (Morrowind pre-release)

I looked at the writ and saw that I could do it. When I went to use it, the prompt popped up but I couldn't accept it. Only "Goodbye" Anyone else having issues?

I am unable to accept writs atm, but see both 'Accept the Contract' and 'Goodbye'. Clicking 'accept' simply does nothing. I have tried this with two different Enchanter Writs to no avail and am hesitant to accept Writs I can't complete just to test further.

Are you using "lazy writ crafter" add on? There's option in settings called "prevent accepting master writs". If this option is enabled you can't accept master writs.

If memory serves, Dolgubon did add the option to prevent the query dialog from occurring, i.e., whether to accept the Master Crafting Writ when the player opened the Crafting Writ container.

But it is no longer needed. As disclosed in the Patch Notes 3.0.5 (Morrowind pre-release). When a Crafting Writ reward container includes a Sealed Master Crafting Writ, the dialog as to whether to accept it is no longer displayed when the character opens the container. The Sealed Master Crafting Writ is simply stored in the character's bags along with the other items. The tooltip for the Sealed Master Crafting Writ in the container also displays all of the data that pertains to fulfilling the writ. When a character subsequently chooses to Use a Sealed Master Crafting Writ, the dialog as to whether to accept it is displayed to confirm the player's action.

I had indeed turned that option on thinking it applied only to the auto-loot, auto-accept option. I should have checked it better. Thank you so much!
