"Random Normal Dungeon" always (?) gives premium reward

I have noticed yeasterday that my new char is possible to pass next random dnormal dungeon with preminum reward. I have tried and yes, it works.

I always levelling using random normal dungeons - to have daily XP bonus + pass all dungeons in normal mode, so 5-7 times in a day. But now I'm worrying that it can be assumed as using exploit. I'll just stop and will use other things for levelling, and I have reported it, but please confirm, if you know about this and when it will be fixed.

    Hmm, I'm just passed my first daily random normal dungeon and now reward promised turned to green.
    Seems to be fixed, or may be accidentally.

    Just opened dungeon finder window and surprised that it's again promises premium reward. Less than 2 hours passed from last run.

    The random dungeon window shows the reward all the time, but I get it only once per day (haven't tried it after MW patch).

    And sometimes you don't get it.

    I would say about 1 in 20 just don't show.
    Tenesi Faryon of Telvanni - Dunmer Sorceress who deliberately sought sacrifice into Cold Harbor to rescue her beloved.
    Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
    Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
    Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.

    Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
    House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
    Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis

    Have checked again. Training gear (+70% XP)

    41 lvl, have 18k/110k (16%) XP.
    Bonus reward shown: 64435 XP.

    After nRandom passed (much less than 20 hours passed since last run):
    41 lvl, 104k/110k (94%) XP

    DF now shows usual reward (green).
    Leaved dungeon trough "Leave group".
    DF again shows premium reward (blue).

    Should I try again to confirm? I just worry they ban my char - those tries looks like exploit overuse :D

    Seems to be fixed now - last two days all was right will RND cooldown. Thanks!
