Morrowind Preorder Items Clarification

So I pre-ordered Morrowind but did not receive the warden costume or any of the items I was supposed to get, I have however seen players running around with that costume on. Is there any particular reason for this?

Yeah, it's not listed there for some reason. People in the guild I am in have said various things. That we don't get the items until official launch but some of them have the items to, some don't

Yeah I preordered the collector's physical copy for PC and although I have access to the discovery pack, the rest doesn't come until launch day

Discovery pack is the costume, dog, maps, xp scrolls and crown crate right? that's what I am missing.

If you preordered the digital edition, you should have received your preorder rewards and if you bought the collectors edition, those items as well. I suggest putting in a ticket to get it resolved.

For those who preordered the physical collectors edition, you should get nothing until you input your code - but apparently it bugged and some people got some of it. Don't worry though, everything will come when you input your code though.

Just to update in case anyone else has this issue, I put in a ticket with CS and I now have my discovery pack items!
