I would like to cancel my subcscription, but the account management system is currently under maintenance, which prevents me from doing so.
Consequently, the payment for another unwanted month may proceed without any possibility to stop it.
If I were to miss the deadline payment, please let this message and picture serve as evidence for prior intent to stop the ESO service for my account.
