having some serious issues voice / pvp map - PS4

I have had this game for about 2 years now. Since i bought it the voice chat has not worked. At first it would work sporadically it. Now it never works, I reboot ps4, close application. boot with mic in or not in. die and respawn nothing works. Getting irritated now that im actually getting into trials and PVP.
2nd. When my pvp server is laoded with players and large battles. My map consistently shows my guild group at locations they are not at. So much so that it shows them being there on compass and map. Their health bars even show. However they are not there they are at a different castle. Again I tried rebooting dieing etc. nothing works map is still broken.
I even asked where they are via text and they tell me, but nope my map and UI show them as being where i am. but they are not.
Just got ESO Plus and preordered morrowind.. Might have to cancel it. This game has been out 3 years now. not acceptable.
please advise.
