Where are the Dark Anchor Achievements?

I've checked journals for three characters and the Dark Anchor Achievements aren't there. Are they gone?

Rearranged, under Exploration now if I recall correctly.

Well, I'm sorry, and I know this is an old thread, but the only thing I can see under 'Exploration' is Cave Delver mentioning cave exploration, and Pathfinder mentioning striking locales. No mention of Dark Anchors/Dolmens anywhere.
Has it been moved again?
[alliance] Anchor Shatterer, I believe it's called. Can't find it.

On Xbox mine are under journal; achievements; exploration. Then all the way down close to the bottom, after all the vanilla zones, dark anchors are next to last just before fishing. Hope this helps.
