@ZOS_GinaBruno I purchased the CE for Morrowind which should give me the Morag Tong Converter, and other perks. After logging in now and trying to use it's not even on my account. So it seems like even though I sent a picture of my Amazon order for the CE that I'm not being credited for the right version in the game. I've opened ticket 170525-005177 but of course since everything is auto replied to support has no idea what the issue is.
I had the same issue at launch and ended up having to send in images of my receipt, box, activation codes and the box all in one shot. That delayed me being able to start playing after the early access then as well.

As someone who has been reported for hacking(never happened) in cyrodiil and having had to deal with support I can offer you this bit of solace.
If you align expectations with reality there is a high probability you will get a positive outcome. The reality is, youre probably going to have to work through the long hard slog of ZOS support. Stick with the ticket, they can surprise you. If you get a good one, they can be extremely helpful.1 -

He bought the physical copy. He is granted access to early access by showing the picture of the order.
But all the goodies, as stated on the early access page, he will obtain once he supplies the code of his physical copy.
So, OP you have to wait until you get your copy. Then at your account page you can add the code and you will have it.
