Gluineth in Evermore

So I'm trying to turn in the quest for a Troll's Dessert to Gluineth in Evermore. I'm supposed to meet her on the docks. I found her, but she's located underneath the docks and submerged in the water.

The only way to interact with her is to be swimming, which of course means you cannot interact. Can one of the Devs look into her and see if she's glitched into the water please?

Is this something that has been noted by others?
I reset UI and have attempted to access the quest on multiple days, and Gluineth is always in the water.

I'd rather like to get this quest off my books without abandoning it, so is there a way we could put her on dry land please?
