Prepping for bg's on console plz help

Hey everyone I am a mag breton Templar healer/support 600cp for pvp I have bin running ice heart/ soul shine/ cyrodiils light but with cp changes and no cp in BG at all I feel I will need a little more sustainability. Any ideas for sets I should swap out for and witch ones on my build I should drop? Hopping some pc players have got to test this a lil and can give me some advice thanks. Also my stats with current build and in no cp camp. I have around 24k health, 30k mag, 1800 mag regeneration, 2k spell dmg, 45% critical
