I see him on the PS4 and got all excited that I can start the Morrowind quest early!!!!.........................



But then when I get closer......he disappears......



why WHY ZENIMAX MUST YOU GET MY HOPES UP 2 WEEKS EARLY.......yall messed up for that...........

I have tried to sneak up on him but he keeps disappearing half way to him.....

FML!

If you're really impatient, you can just go to the Inn in Wayrest, second floor, room on the right, talk to Rhea. It skips Allesio.

He's not the Morrowind Quest giver, it's a little prologue Quest the Devs put in for us, and he appears in every Inn at every town and city that has an Inn. Just go somewhere else and try.
