Getting drink/food effect description

Hey. I'm looking for a way to get ahold of the food/drink effect description through ESO API, recently tried the GetItemLinkFlavorText function but didn't return what I was looking for.
For instance for the Dubious Camoran Throne item I need the description: "Increase Stamina Recovery by 319, Max Stamina by 3192 and Max Health by 3511 for 2 hours. These effects are scaled base on your level. (6s cooldown)".
Anyone have an idea what function to use? Been looking like a lunatic without any success.
