Horses for sale in vvardenfell

Why is it that, while the stables in vvardelfell display guars, they sell horses. Would it be too much to ask for stables to sell the things they display? Or is ZoS so set on making more profit, that they don't want to sell the undecorated mounts, that should be available in the corresponding zones/dlc, for gold?

ask the stable hands in Gold Coast. They have wolf mounts on display.

I know, right? They should have offered at least one guar mount at the stables. I haven't looked, but I'm assuming it's still the same tired old four horse colors.

add something free? are you crazy? guars, wolves, camels, and everything else are too premium for impoverished rabble who only buy the game, expansion, and pay a sub. they need to cost extra money and be exclusive to discerning high class users.

It's kind of like those car dealerships that display a race car, or the classic mint conditioned truck in the middle of the sales floor.

You can look, but you can't touch. And it's not for sale - Dealership Owner

I'd be nice to see maybe few Silt Striders in alliance war, like Oliphaunts in Lord of The Rings.

    Not at all

Using this example....it's like having cars on the lot in the section marked Cars for Sale but upon trying to choose, the salesmen says to you.....sorry we only sales old mini-vans release 4 years ago

Gotta spend crowns if you don't want a scrub horse.
    It's a byproduct of having a B2P MMO.

I would think buying a $40 "chapter"would be enough to warrant at least the unarmored, plain variant, just like buying the base game allows for purchase of plain horses.

I disagree. As a dealership typically specializes in specific vehicles, so why have a mercedes(owned and displayed by owner) sold at a chevy dealership? Usually they wouldn't, so it's not common. Or a guar sold at a horse merchant? Makes no sense.
What's the difference between a sales floor and a section marked cars for sale? Only the wording.

But regardless, it's been like this since the beginning.

    To each their own.

    You can dream. :)
I'm moderately happy with the trade off we have.

I'm not used to horses being the only mounts for sale in any game. Granted they are usually the only mounts I use. Well, until I obtain a flying mount then I just feed my horses to my griffins.
