It's kind of like those car dealerships that display a race car, or the classic mint conditioned truck in the middle of the sales floor.
You can look, but you can't touch. And it's not for sale - Dealership Owner

It's a byproduct of having a B2P MMO.
I disagree. As a dealership typically specializes in specific vehicles, so why have a mercedes(owned and displayed by owner) sold at a chevy dealership? Usually they wouldn't, so it's not common. Or a guar sold at a horse merchant? Makes no sense.NewBlacksmurf wrote: »It's kind of like those car dealerships that display a race car, or the classic mint conditioned truck in the middle of the sales floor.

Using this example....it's like having cars on the lot in the section marked Cars for Sale but upon trying to choose, the salesmen says to you.....sorry we only sales old mini-vans release 4 years ago

I would think buying a $40 "chapter"would be enough to warrant at least the unarmored, plain variant, just like buying the base game allows for purchase of plain horses.
