I have a min/max question for healing.

So i plan to make a warden healer here soon.(13 days left) and I Absolutly adore the bosmer. They are my favorite race and I main a bosmer nb.
I already have an argonian templar healer but I've always wanted a spinner type toon. Wood elf with nature heals.
And it looks like that's soon going to happen.
But how bad will I suffer or notice the lack of beneficial racial passives? Obviously id want to run a Breton or argonian for a warden healer but I just can't ignore the whim to be a spinner in game.
So will I still be able to do well in endgame content. Vet dungeons pvp trials?
Will I be able to do all these things on a toon with a race not suited for the role?
