Character Creation Problem

I have had an issue with character creation for around 40 days. In the crown store it shows character slots fully upgraded. Highlighting the additional character slots displays "Additional character slot 4294967288/6 it should display 4/6 . On the character selection screen it displays "Characters: 10/0" below that it displays "You can unlock 14 additional character slots in the crown store" This should display "Chracters: 10/14" and additional character slots in the crown store to be unlocked should be 4 or 6. I had the same issue in PTS and ESO deleted everything to fix it. I lost 10 max level characters, 1.4 million gold, bank containing several max level sets of armor and weapons, crafting bag with millions in gold of materials. Character backpacks containing potions,food,soul gems, 25k each toon, weapons and armor. I wanted to let others know of the potential issue and that ESO can not correct the issue. Oh by the way I have completely uninstalled and deleted the windows game folder and the documents game folder. Then reinstalled the game letting it get my character files from the ESO Server. The problem still is there.

Did you find a solution to the problem? I have a friend who bought Morrowind to play early access and he is having the same issue. He and his wife play and wanted to create Wardens to play together and they can't because, even after purchasing another character slot it won't let him play. The image above is what he is seeing. He has done everything you have and been working with support to fix this issue since early access!!

@ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom @ZOS_RichLambert you guys need to get this fix or you will be loosing both him and his wife as subscribers.

On Xbox One, I have 12 character slots unlocked, but the system will not recognize the other 4 as being open. I just spent time creating my character to get all the way to the final screen to enter my name, I click on the slot, and it will not pull up the keyboard. I originally had a problem when I purchased the 12th slot to make a warden, and it would not even let me pull up the character creation menu. ESO, Please Fix This NOW. I have 4 inactive slots as a result of this 'problem', 4 slots which I purchased. I agree with others on this forum, stop putting out new DLCs until you get the core game issues fixed. Thank you.
