why i cant keep playing

its simple too many people. Mega server blows.I run int o a delve and play follow the leader old content new content doesn't matter. I have all these skills stuns holds stealth and the only skill i need is to follow someone else. most of the time i never even use one of the neat abilities i have. My biggest request is simple shard off stuff until there is only 10-15 people so that the overland stuff can be done using something other then a pattern of light and heavy attacks.I am bored I bored because there is no challenge because everything is dead 5 seconds before i get there. who need a map just follow the corpses. For the love of all that is holy limit the amount of people per shard i would love pretend i am exploring some wilderness i have never seen but its hard when theirs an army camped on its doorstep.

LOL. If they got another server, then people would be screaming that the game is dying because they don't see as many people as they used to.

Most people would be happy to see a lot of people in their MMO game

I do agree it can be somewhat annoying to enter delve after delve only to find out that someone else just cleared out the whole thing.

By the way, there is a temporary surge in players right now because a lot of people have returned to the game thanks to Morrowind coming out (if you're on PC). These numbers will scale back a bit in a month or so.

Pretty simple solution for you...stop doing the big popular thing that everyone else is doing. It's that easy.

Even in Morrowind with the huge deluge of players stuffed in there all I had to do was break off the main quest and go to a corner of the map noone was in yet. Didn't see a soul. That easy. There were quests up there if you still want to quest. Went to a few delves far away saw noone in one of them and in another only ran in to two people. You don't need personal delves, you just need to think.

Because we need to push the server even more, isnt the unreliable ping enough as it is?

And its like @leepalmer95 said above its an MMO there is people in it and is meant to play with others so if you want a singleplayer experience i suggest you play a singleplayer game.

Ya thats true I mean its an MMO. If ZOS gave all of us a free lunch, half way through the meal we would be bitching that the seats are uncomfortable.

The point is you really don't play the game you run through it. A delve is a mini dungeon but most of the time they're empty and the bosses can't even be near challenging enough an MMO doesn't mean you have to have large groups just means we're sharing a world but I think our world is overpopulated I think the Developers need to find a way to separate the players so the content can be enjoyed in the way it was meant to be. We Have Skills we we never use there's no point to stunning someone he'll be killed two seconds by someone else there's no point to crowd control there's too much Firepower for it to matter

This is very true and a reason I did buy Skyrim . Sometimes I like solo Dungeoms and Delves . I always end up back here after but it is fun to escape and you can make a character just like here .

I did but did not regard the effort to change your mind worth it.

But having said that, go back to delves etc later on in the day or something, do not follow the zerg, do some VmA if you want a challenge, etc.

But neither Zeni or any0one else cares about quit threads or implied quit threads.

As one of the Zeni people said, `You know you do not have to be here, right?`.

If you think it's bad now wait for the 6th of next month instead of 12ppl waiting for dungeon boss to spawn there will be 50+
it's why i am doing all the delves and public dungeons first be for the main story

First day of early access was the only time I thought it might be nice not to have so many people. When I went to see Vivec the first time, he had over a dozen trying to get his attention. i couldn't even see his assistant who spoke until he walked out of the crowd. But its the first day. i was there just like they were. I just pay it no mind because there are a number of places where you don't see people. And there's always those world bosses way out of the way that no one seems to visit.

OP - this is why you have to git gud. And I really don't mean that in the condescending Dark Souls way.

I used to face this alot, in my scrubbier days - but now, even if somebody is in the delve before me, chances are good I will not only catch up to them, but pass them. I kill entire mobs with 2 AoE pulses from my staff whereas I watch sword users and the like spend 10 minutes on one guy. (I do help these players too, when I find them - and I try to give them leeway to move along WITH me.)

Instead of being upset other players wreck - learn to do it yourself. Delve bosses respawn within like 5 minutes usually - and in many cases, they actually flat out spawn the second you go into the area- prime example I can think of is in Rivenspire - there is one delve with a troll, and I was sitting in the Troll room farming Necropotence pieces - alone, I was getting him to spawn every 5 min on the dot. However there was times where he would drop to the ground - but then, not even 30 seconds later a new player would enter the area, forcing him to respawn. Me killing him yielded no rewards, but the thing is - the game spawned the boss for them, even though I had JUST killed it. I can't confirm every delve does this... but many do, and so you are never punished by other people being there.

All the containers are instanced to you as well - so outside of maybe missing a chest or 2 to another player, which happens anywhere in the game, I can't see any downside to other people being there before you.

As far as I can tell, somebody clearing a delve before you isn't bad.... now back when the game first came out - it was a cancerous issue, because things didn't respawn reliably.
