    Reasons? Sure.
    1. No lore to back it up.
    2. Being a Vampire Warden should be an impossibility
    3. Wielding Ice, or any other elemental magic should be a Sorc's gig
    4. Green Mushrooms and Bears? Uh...no

I would have had 10x more interest if they had introduced a class like Necromancer, or Lich, or something with far more "Cool" factor.

I like it a lot, but I voted other because other classes were nerfed to make this one stand out, and I don't appreciate that. I would have bought Morrowind anyway to play the expansion and play a warden without having other classes nerfed to make it more appealing. I have my old characters though that I still love and didn't need the nerfing for >.>

Just not feeling its uniqueness. I just seems too vanilla.

The skill lines and animations are not to my liking and there does not seem to be a strong or preferred use for the class, its just a bit more bland than I had hoped.

I guess if you are playing a Magica Warden it would be Druid-ish but the Stam Warden... hrmmmmm

You're certainly entitled to your opinion of the warden class but you are aware that of the three elements in the TES universe Sorcs only use one, right? Fire is used by DKs and everyone has equal access to all 3 with staves. So Wardens just complete the three-some.

Even if you were to include dark magic, used by Sorcs and NBs, and/or daedric summoning, used by Sorcs, in the "elements" list, that now allows earth magic, used by DKs, blood magic, used by NBs, light magic, used by Templars, and nature magic, used by Wardens, into the mix. So in the smallest scale (being 3 in fire/frost/lightning) and in the largest scale (being 10 in fire/frost/lightning/dark/conjuration/earth/blood/light/nature) Sorcs only have a precedent for using about 1/3rd of available elemental magics.

Again, feel free to have an opinion of the class itself but saying Wardens are lesser for using ice magic because Sorcs are the ones who use elemental magic seems quite daft.

While I agree that Necromancers and Liches are far cooler, I must disagree with some of your points.

    1. Plenty of lore. Take one step in Valenwood
    2. Why? Could I not say the same about Vampire Templars (which would actually make sense)?
    3. Tell that to the Dragonknights (who wield fire)
    4. a. Mushrooms are awesome.
    b. Bears are perfectly reasonable. In Morrowind: Bloodmoon, you are even able to summon one.

I like it, but it's too heavy on the healing spells, and the only DoT spell I know about is the fetcher flies one, and that is magicka-only even with the morphs, which means stamina wardens are hurting for DoT spells. (I haven't looked too closely at the ice magic yet, since they all seem to be magicka-based and I'm playing stamina.) I mostly like it, though, and have been having fun playing a warden all day today.
It's weird they paired Morrowind-type animals with ice magic, though. It makes the class a bit bipolar, because it just doesn't go together well.
I love the bear. They needed to do a polar bear reskin to go with the ice magic. Yes, a polar bear to go with the bipolar class.

I like it. Druid/ranger is my go-to RPG archetype.

They were REALLY weak on the PTS though. Parsing like 5-10k behind the other classes. I haven't gotten to max level yet to test, but ZOS said they were going to fix them on Monday (so I'll assume they have).

    I disagree because...

    1. There is lore but even if there wasn't why would a warden not be lore-friendly in a universe where all kinds of magic pop up all over the place?
    2. Do you not understand that vampirism is a disease in elder scrolls? Becoming a vampire changes your skin, not your class (we all don't suddenly become nightblades...).
    3. Might as well make sorcs the only class to use fire magic too huh? Honestly just make sorcs the only class to use magicka since it's their gig...
    4. Can't tell if you hate mushrooms and bears or if you hate how they are together. If it's the latter point, then surely you must see that these two belong in the nature category. If it's the former, then I feel sorry for you since mushrooms are really good, especially on pizza, and bears are pretty cool animals. Black bears are especially cool since they are very timid but curious of their surroundings, which make very funny videos :)

I thought I already voted in this thread. I like the warden but its just got some drawbacks to me. I think every skill has a wait time for some reason. Which is fine when your starting a fight or just goofing around. But if a fight, especially a difficult one, I don't have time to wait. Things say instant and they just aren't. I think really I just need to get used to it. But I like it enough to keep playing one but it will probably never become a main. Other than that, I'm happy with it and don't regret the purchase. Just wish it had a bit more ooomph to it.

If I play a Warden, it's only because I liked the one I created on the PTS. His personality, etc. I'm not a RP player, even if it happens I speak like a true Khajiit, but I'm very attached to the characters I create.

I always solo, so being a healer isn't a priority for me as long as I can keep on rolling. I Dual Wield and use Werewolf on the R slot, mostly, and I'm experimenting with Two Hand weapons and the Bear on the R slot for the second skill bar.

I haven't played a Werewolf before, but the ability is amazingly easy to level up (unlike Vampire). It is possible to stay in Were-form for quite a long time in Delves, using Devour, and the heal and special attacks are very powerful. It also kicks the crap out of Boss mobs, or at least the Boss mobs I have met so far.

Actually, being a vampire warden kinda works for me. I think of it as a type of alteration/illusion magic, where you can manipulate natural energies or draw them into yourself to feed your vampiric nature.

ESO vampirism is already a magical life siphon ("hand feeding") rather than Bram Stoker neck biting, and there is precedent in the game (Rivenspire and elsewhere) for vampires who control their urges to avoid the darker side of that nature (of course you CAN still do it the "traditional" way).

Since it is already a magical sort of ENERGY vampirism, it makes perfect sense to me that a skilled mage could draw on the energies all around them rather than resorting to direct feeding on an individual entity, and manipulating those energies allows the mage to create illusions than control lesser creatures or even manifest "golem" type beings (the magicka morph of the bear pet with its glowing eyes).

I actually think this class in particular opens up some less-than-pure-evil options for immortals in ESO.
