Backlash and its morphs (Morrowind Bug?)

Puryfying light and Power of the light does significantly less dmg now. For example puryfying light tooltip 22k. Results on dummy with 5k penetration - 14.2k with fully stored dmg. Its as if the tooltip is wrong or dmg is being mitigated now. Putting penetration increased dmg. But even penetrating all 18200 of dummy resistances didnt yield 22k. Nothing was in patch notes. So awaiting some clarification or fixes pls.

Hmm...any idea which CP star (if any) now buffs PL/POTL? That seems like the change most likely to have affected these skills, unless something was just broken in the update.

Backlash and its morphs ONLY scales with max mag or stam as far as we have tested, CP dmg increase and CP dmg reduction Does not affect this skill.
Before Morrowind, once the maxium dmg it could do was capped. it always did as much as that tooltip cap said(half in pvp) now it seems like something is wrong as it always does way less dmg then the actual tooltip says. as i said above, even penetrating all of the Targets dummy resistance it still does not deal as much as the tooltip... dont know what it is that cause this but as of right now this abbilty takes Minium 6 seconds to go off and to get (whats not even that high dmg now) you also gotta hit the target a lot. sorcs curse as an example, allows you to get a lot more dmg (as of right now) only with the press of one button.

Thanks, i dont know what causes this but somehow the dmg is soo much more low now, would realy appreciate some response from Zos to what causes this or get a Clarification that its some sort of bug

Still not fixed. Skill is useless now, completely killed Templar DPS in PVP. @Wrobel @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom

Fix it, stupid mistake made.
