No Bias for Vvardenfell Furnishing plans?!

It is extremely frustrating to constantly loot the global furnishing plans and barely any new Vvardenfell ones!
There needs to be a bias for Vvardenfell ones. (Vvardenfell furnishing plans = House theme, Hlaalu, Redoran, Dres, Indoril, Telvanni)
Since Monday I have been keeping a tally of the plans I have found and I have been tomb running a lot for the urns which contain plans and stealing a lot from furniture that contains plans.
Global Furnishing Plans looted:
27 Green
4 Blue
2 Purple
Vvardenfell Furnishing Plans looted:
7 Green
That works out to 8 Global plans per 1 Vvardenfell plan! We have the entire WORLD to loot the global ones and only Vvardenfell for its new ones. Please introduce a bias to the drop rates so we get more Vvardenfell than Global plans in Vvardenfell. @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom

✭✭✭✭✭Khajiit has only found two furniture plans since she travelled to Vvardenfell. Both were specific to that area yes.
One was green - a lantern - the other purple - a brazier of some kind she thinks.

✭Have Zones drop furnishings at a greater rate depending on the locale. Increase Khajiit Furnishing plan drops in Reapers Marsh, Bosmer in Grahtwood, HIgh Elf in Auridon, etc. etc.
Similar to what they just did with the Furnishing plan drop rate increases in MoL for Khajiit plans because it's "Khajiit Town"1 -

They already do that. Maw just wasn't considered a Khajiiti zone before ESO:M, but they fixed that.
I haven't found any recipes yet, but I haven't looked very much either. Can they drop from the Hlaalu Furnisher documents? I opened the plans I had hoarded before the patch on Monday, but didn't get any new ones. Wouldn't be surprised if they changed container ids though.0 -
