Problems with stamina taunt? (Puncture)

I don't know if it is just me or just Bannished Cells or all in my head but I think I had significant problems with puncture not working in BC. Aside from BC being bugged. I am wondering if anyone else is experiencing mobs and bosses not taking Puncture taunts. Magicka taunt Inner Rage seems to work just fine. Anyone?

✭✭✭Look around your group for a stupid Mage using an Ice staff.
I had a Altmer sorcerer in my group, pulling aggro away from me on Vet Blackheart.
What a crap show and pain that was.

✭Dude, quit tasting colors.. probably what has been frying your braincells. Ha ha. As for the puncture, it happens here and there for me as well when it is not aggroing the target as intended.0
