Sorc Pets With Heavy Attack Change

Before the patch, you press Y and right click your pet becomes passive and never attacks and only follows you around. This is great its what I wanted, but now with your changes my pet, even while being passive automatically attacks the target I heavy attack. It's getting dumb to have to constantly spam Y + Right Click after even heavy attack to stop my pet from running off dying. -.-

Can we please fix this?

@Vizeroh : Wow! It has been a long time, I suppose, since I pressed the <Y> key to Command Pet. Because, in my experience, there has never been any command to give the "pet" when I did that. Also, I don't have any add-on bound to that key, which might enable a player to actually issue a command(s) to their familiar(s) when the familiar is present.

By the way, the Volatile Familiar and the Twilight Tormentor are both "familiars" in the jargon of magic. They are not "pets" like a cat that wants to curl up in your lap to take a nap. But the people who document games such as TESO insist on obfuscating the difference and the players follow along.

Regardless, I hope that ZOS investigates the issue and promptly remedies the flaw(s).

This is actually an issue many ppl are reporting in the bug section and in the general section too, they should revert back ASAP. The changes make no sense whatsoever.

There are a lot more around by now about the broken pets abilities, no heal regen, dumb AI, changed aggro.
