Vvardenfell: Some NPCs With No Arms

Not sure if this was already pointed out but... there are some NPCs in Vvardenfell that have no arms.
Floating hands with no arms... Just nothing.

    Very likely, yeah. We're currently looking at next Tuesday for the next incremental patch (Monday is a holiday in the US).

    Thanks Gina, UK holiday as well so at least I can play more Morrowind without the servers going offline.

    About the cheap skill resets: does that mean they will be back to the normal cost next Tuesday?
