1h&shield has no execute and bow/staves are ranged.
The only other melee range execute is Killer's Blade for nightblades, which uniquely deals disease damage instead of physical. Dragonknights have no execute, Templar only has a ranged one (and no stamina morph for it), and sorcerers have a chance to deal extra damage to low hp enemies passively(their class execute is magicka and ranged only, like templar).

Impale, the magic morph. Its basically a killers blade that doesnt need to be used with you in someones face.

it seems with Kvatch Gladiator 5 pcs. you will have an execute each time your light attacks deal crit damage.
Here on my lvl12 Orc, 2-nd set is 4 pcs. Night Mother, DW swords, random low lvl green jewellery, most passives not yet unlocked. Didn't know it hits so hard...without crit it's ~8k damage.
