Did you test the new changes to resource management on low level characters

I have Stamina builds that are only lvl 32, 30 and 28 and I run out of stamina when fighting the harder mobs for quests and have to just stand there and hope I can kill it before it kills me with just weapon swings.

We don't have the CP to reduce the costs like higher level characters and it seems that the attacks take to much stamina. This is the most noticed on the two handed weapons.

I have to stand around waiting for my stamina to regen before I can attack anything else. This is kind of boring!

I am using food or I'd die all the time.

You know heavy attack returns resources? Maybe try that before you run out. Then you don't have to just stand there. And we won't have to be all, 'what the hell is that guy doing just standing there?'

During the pts i ran up two characters into the 26ish range.

    Here is what i saw

first you need to use dot and you need to use aoe (vs multi) and you cannot get by anymore with just one-click hit powers repeatedly. You CAn get by with it but it will leave you standing around a bit.

But if you use Dot and use AOE vs multi and use your one-click-one-hits and used a heavy swing and use a light attack or three you will find you end 1v3 fights pretty solidly and still with decent resource.

The old just burn it down hammer play needs a bit more rotation applied and thats all that i saw.

Also btw about the bold... there are no cost reduction CP anymore.

O I am swinging my sword but can't do any skills. Also I tried the heavy attack and they do return Stamina (but not light attacks). That does help but means I have to let the mobs swam me while my character tries to swing the big weapon. I used to be able to move around and avoid some of the damage.

The way the attacks look I have to laugh as my character looks like he is going to fall over and the sword is to heavy for him.

I guess this is what they want it to be but I will say it is way less fun.

There is one of the skills that gives you a shield and your heavy attacks splash more than they did before.
So you use the ability (brawler I think) for a shield then charge up a heavy attack.

So ability heavy ability heavy, basically your rotation has changed from what it was before.

I did play with a magwarden on the pts and I really did struggle with sustain so I did test with low level characters and it was a struggle.
