CP allocation after Morrowind update

I need help
Since the introduction of Morrowind, I lost my main guild - and so most of the people I would normally receive help from.
I am a Magicka DK - and have no idea where to put my CPs now with the new changes
Could someone please advise me? Or tell me where there is a discussion about this already?
