Text chat Bug - Paste without anything on clipboard causes game to crash

The game crashes when one tries to paste into text chat without anything on clipboard.
I crashed, but wanted to paste some text I copied earlier. The clipboard clears on crash, so when I tried to paste, game crashes. This error always happens when one I tries to paste with no clipboard.
