Can't get crafting writs---update

Slywolf
Slywolf
This only happens to one of my characters.
Arrowfreeknees: Level 5 Nightblade
Only two quest lines working: Main and Guild (Thieves and Dark Brotherhood)
Did the qualifying guests to get certified to do all 6 crafting writs.

Two days ago I finished a round of crafting writs (Cloths, Woodworking, Blacksmith) didn't do the consumables. The consumables writ board was highlighted by the usual blue arrow. (I didn't accept them..wanted to concentrate on the others). Today I logged in and went to the crafting writ boards...and nothing. No blue arrows, no description of the board. It is like they are not even there. Before this I at least got a description of the board even when I had outstanding writs to be completed. But now, nothing.

As I said this only happens to this character. I haven't checked all my characters, but did confirm the boards are working for my main character.

What is going on?

It has been at least 72 hours since I last posted about not being able to get crafting quests. The writ board does not register when the cursor passes over it. See below.

The cursor is clearly on the board and it is giving me nothing.
Here's a different character at the same writ board. You can see the blue arrow and a description with the option to interact. By the way, all of my other characters are able to use the writ boards and complete crafting quests.

Here is my character in question's current quests, showing no crafting quest outstanding.

And here is proof that that character has completed the certification to do the writ quests.

If you can't see the date...she earned the achievement it is 5/16/17. So prior to the last big patch (Morrowind), she had been doing them.

    Help.

I am having this problem as well. I have 8 characters and they all were capable of doing the writs. 3 of my 8 characters can still do the writs. The other 5 can't even get the writs from the board. I am not sure how long it has been since I last logged in with these characters but it has been at least 48 hours and probably working on 72. I was waiting to see if maybe a timer needed reset or something since the Morrowind update hit but still nothing. A couple things that shouldn't make a difference but are of note just in case they have some influence.

    1. It was a long time that I had logged in, something like 2 months, so this issue could have happened a month ago but I didn't realize it.
    2. I logged in recently in preparation for the Morrowind release and started reacquainting myself with my characters. This is when I noticed the issue.
    3. I got numerous notices about Skill Point resets but the most any of my characters had to reassign was 2 skill points.
    4. I did however reset all of my skill points on the main crafter as she was outpacing the material I could get my hands on so I reduced what she was capable of producing and thus resulting in lower level writs. She had writs that I had picked up prior and I realized that I could no longer complete those writs, so I abandoned those quests. Within 24 hours she had new writs available.
    5. The three characters that still have access to the writs are all level 11 or higher. The rest are Level 5.
    6. All my characters reside in Daggerfall and get their writs from there.

I am also having this problem with two of my characters.

Ah wait....come to think of it, I seem to remember reading somewhere on the forum that writs are not available to under lv.6 characters. That would explain it, but it must be something new as all my characters (even lv.5 ones) were able to receive writs before the Morrowind update.

Need to go back and read the natch potes again^^

    I'll save you the trouble:

So I took a read of the patch notes and found this:

"Crafting Writ boards in found in Orisinium, Craglorn, and Hew’s Bane no longer claim to have quests for players lower than level six."

    https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/345258/pc-mac-patch-notes-v3-0-5-morrowind-update-14#latest

My Level 5 Characters never made it out of Daggerfall. So was Daggerfall writs included in a previous patch?

I'm level 5 and in Auridon city of Vulkhel Guard. That area is for levels 5-15.
I guess I'll try a different zone to be certain.
