Yesterday I had started up a new character and was on Khenarthi's, when I had been given the quest objective to search out a woman in Wayrest about oracles and Azura, and as far as I know, I've never seen that quest before, and I've been playing since beta. The quest had an objective to collect energy from daedric creatures "0/20", but that's as far as I got. Is this a new quest added with the Morrowind patch?
