I didn't receive Discovery Pack

Hello, please help me, I didn't receive Discovery Pack, but I have done pre-order ESO Morrowind upgrade
I'm on EU server and my ID is @Wolf_Hunter85

    You'll get it 6th June like everyone else. Since 22nd may You have just early acces all other benefits of pre order will be sended to people in official day of launch.

    if you orderd a physical copy you will get a code on the 6th. If you got a digital upgrade you should have received all your pre order goodies(i did). So if thats the case open a ticket.

    If you Purchased a Physical Copy of Morrowind you will only have early- access to the basic version of morrowind. Once you apply your code from your physical box you will gain access to all of the additional goodies including the Discovery Pack.

    @ZOS_RyanM i'm still waiting on an answer to the two days time for code insertion, since Amanoobs won't be able to deliver in time, we just get locked out and have to life with it as usual?

    @ZOS_RyanM But why are there players that preordered the physical CE and got the unlocks early? Did someone in CS make a mistake for their accounts? I guess that's the problem confusing people here (me too to some extend), because it's been said all the time that you'd get the CE/preorder stuff once you activate the code, not earlier (as some did).

    The only people who have access to additional unlocks are players who purchased the digital version. Players with physical copies will need to apply their code in order to access this content.

    Yeah, I also Pre-Ordered the Digital Collector's Upgrade for Morrowind and redeemed it but still haven't received the Dog or Warden costume. I would understand that those come out on the 6th of June if I weren't currently wandering Vvardenfell seeing that other players have the stupid Dwarven War Dog pet out. So why haven't I gotten the Discovery Pack items? I Pre-Ordered it at GameStop which is one of the associated retailers.

    Since you ordered a Digital version, I would put in a support ticket and ask. @MudkipKatana Also be sure to reply to that ticket, rather than opening new ones later.

    I know it is a basic thing, but have you cleared out your mailbox? I 'think' that is where the goodies arrived on my first character to log in.

    I pre-ordered it directly from ESO, and I haven't gotten my items either.......... dog, horse, warden costum. I put a ticket in yesterdays, as I too have seen a ton of players running around with those very items.

    I also purchased the DIGITAL collectors edition UPGRADE, and have the early access. I have the collectors edition bonuses, but I do NOT have the discovery pack items. I did put a ticket in yesterday as the same thing is being repeated here over and over assuming people bought the physical copies. I will be honest, support is not a whole lot better right now as they wanted a copy of my receipt to verify I have the correct version despite the fact my account states I have redeemed the code for the digital collectors upgrade. That took 10 hours to get to that point, then I sent the receipt and heard back a few hours later that my ticket would be "escalated", which I think means it made it past the support filters and someone will actually look into it now. I am still waiting for that.

    The missing discovery packs seems to be more than a sporadic problem, and one, IMO, is taking too much dancing around and time to fix by seemingly assuming no one knows what version of the game they purchased.

    Since the items are mostly collectible barring the EXP scrolls and Crown Crates, they are added directly to your collectibles list. And should you get something with an item attached, it is not possible to delete mail with items attached without first receiving or taking the item

    It's UPGRADE, and I've received Morrowind 22nd of May , but I didn't receive Discovery Pack

Despite the fact I received and redeemed my code for the digital collectors upgrade from Gamestop, and it shows this fact on both the receipt they requested AND my profile, they keep telling me I wont get the discovery pack until I get my physical version on the 6th. When I pointed out AGAIN that I didn't prepurchase a physical copy, and they have all the proof of that and STILL can't get it right, they came back and gave me the excuse that I didn't get the discovery pack because I didn't order through ESO directly, and ordered through Gamestop, and my code is just a temp one until I get my physical code on the 6th.

    So, if you didn't receive your discovery pack, and you have everything right, support will just make you jump through hoops just to insist you, and every receipt and bit of proof you have, is magically incorrect, and you MUST have ordered the physical edition... while people who truly DID order the physical edition are sporting their discovery items. Sounds to me they mixed up the coding and people who they have repeatedly told us wouldn't have any bonuses have all the bonuses people who they assured WOULD have the bonuses were supposed to get but didn't.

    Support is sooooo strange. They keep telling me about Physical edition, about strange codes, that I need to activate (what codes?! I have digital upgrade).
    But I'll keep arguing. It's so ridiculously stupid and unfair.

    Kind of funny because I have Early Access and I received the Discovery Pack on the 22nd.

    See... THE OPs problem is exactly why I will ONLY order content THROUGH ZOS' website and not a third party like Gamestop or Amazon. There are too many ways things can go wrong, too many ways wires can be crossed... next time OP, if you're going to do a digital upgrade, buy it through your ZOS account because then it's automatically applied right away.
