BG's Capture The Flag - Disable sprint and speed buffs.

A block preventing sprinting or maybe removing speed buffs, for anyone carrying the flag, needs to be implemented.
What currently happens is this;
I enter Capture The Flag with a StamSorc Health-Regen Tank with 100% (CAP) speed and SnB Ults. Even if you camp your flag with 4 ppl. i WILL get your flag, and i WILL get back to my own camp. Only counter to this is for you to take my flag, before i get back.
The mentioned build, comboed with how easy and fast it is to pick up the flag, and deliver it, makes it a complete faceroll.
