BG Queue Not Working

Hi ZOS. The BG queue system is not working. My group of 4 people last night could not queue for battlegrounds. We kept getting an error message that someone didn't have the DLC. That's not the case because we all purchased Morrowind and were in Vardenfell zone.
Please take a look. We all bought the expansion for BGs.
