Hello,
Can anyone help me with skill ideas for a non-vet, all light armor, magicka templar healer? I want to be able to slot the right skills to help with the lack of magicka that the Redguard suffer from. Any Ideas on which skills I can use to heal my group and sustain magicka?

✭Redguard is a Stamina class, that's why it's so hard for you to sustain magicka. Go Breton if you wanna be a healer.
Repentance / Radiant Aura helps a bit - Inner Light / Other Mage's guild abilities couldhelp your sustain as well.
Atronach Mundus. Shards will also help.
I run 7 light on my templar for PvE - Spell power cure & worm, both farmable. If you can't get them yet, Seducer + Kagrenac's is a great way to go. Or if you feel your heals are low with Kagrenac's, try Julianos. All sets are craftable.Ignorance is the greatest weapon of tyranny.

✭You most certainly can be a functional Magicka Redguard. Speaking as a magicka templar that's played since launch...
Mages Guild Skills:
At the very least put Inner light on both your weapon skill bars.
For your offensive bar, you can put Structured Entropy, and Shooting Star also.
Ensure you have the passives that boost your Magicka for each Mages Guild skill you have.
Alliance War Skills:
Healing/Defensive Bar, you can use Barrier from Cyrodiil (if you have it) for a little help with Regeneration, assuming you have the associated passives unlocked.
Templar Skills:
I'm not sure, are you a templar (I assume so from your signature)? If so Ritual of Retribution as well as Purifying Light are great heal-over-time skills that also help with dealing damage. These alone if kept active are enough to heal many normal dungeon groups.
Also if you're a Templar, Channeled Focus is great for personal magicka regeneration help.
Minor Magickasteal:
Don't forget to ensure that Minor Magickasteal is applied; via the destruction staff skill, Elemental Drain (or other morph) or the restoration staff skill Siphon Spirit. Or Templar skill; Radiant Aura.
Get use to drinking magicka potions. For the most part, dropped ones are fine, especially if using Inner Light and structured Entropy.Edited by Rev Rielle on May 23, 2017 9:23AMIf you can be anything, be kind. -

✭Redguard can be valid as healer but its a bit harder thats all mainly due to resource restrains
One the plus side, if we have two swords in our offensive hands, we can get in there in melee and swing away between attacks, restoring out stamina more quickly, in turn enabling us to be more agile around the battlefield. Mezuleth (Crypt of Hearts 2) is an example of one place I'm thankful for such.
Plus, as redguards we should just be using swords, somewhere.
