tried this with 2 players, but it only completed for the other player. I was not able to pick up the skull or complete the quest. So I am still stuck.....

PC/EU, still broken after the last maintenance. What is the purpose of those daily server shutdowns if nothing is fixed? People leave a bunch of topics describing bugs and problems, and nothing happens. It has been 3 weeks since launch, and that quest still works only in pairs

If this was a bug that gave you double exp or something else beneficial to the player, you could be SURE AS HELL it would have been instantly hotfixed.

Three people did it yesterday following "leaving the room scheme" that was suggested earlier for 2 people. Xbox One NA server.

i had the same problem. thats how i complete the quest;
1- find one player who has the same quest
2- both enter the room and talk to torug
3- tell him that stay in the room and dont touch anything
4-grab an item and place on the wrong altar and take it back(that way the item will drop on your friends inventory)(maybe you can place them on the correct altar but i am not sure thats how we complete the quest)
5-leave the room and come back talk to torug and pick another item place on a wrong altar and take it back. do this process untill your friend has every item.
6- leave the room, come back, talk to torug
7-now your friend can place the items on correct altar. after each placement you will get the same item
8-place them and complete quest

This is about the second or third time I've tried this mission and I've reported that this is bugged again...well it's still broken. Come on ZOS this is not a group event, so FIX IT ALREADY!!!!

Still bugged for me on EU PS4. I am not at all happy about this. It is shoddy programming and should have been fixed years ago.
