Morrowind, Tutorials, and the Wailing Prison

So with the (pre)release of Morrowind there is a new tutorial and start location. Will/Is it possible to do the wailing prison/how will this affect the old main storyline. Will I be able to go back to Dominion territory and do the quests there and still come back to morrowind when I wish?

You will do the Morrowind tutorial if you have the content. After that you will be able to return to your alliance. When you reach your alliance starter city there will be a person that will start the molag bal quest line.
