Skill lines not unlocking

Made a warden and have reached level 5. I joined the fighters and mages guild and did the crafting certs. I have killed several things with both a sword and a bow.
I have seen notices for unlocking skill lines and getting skill points.

I look at my character page and I see no skill points to spend and I dont see any skill lines at all yet.

Skill lines and points are not on character page. By default press K to access skills. If this does not solve it try disabling any add-ons
