The change to bows in Morrowind was a bad decision. Should you be able to control ranged weapons?

This applies to destro/ice staves as well. What if there was a toggle in combat setting that determined if you could auto fire.

This change makes playing a bow character a lot less fun because it removes a lot of the control you used to have.

Thanks for the comments, changed title of thread to general discussion of ranged weapons.

The nature of these forums is that things get reposed a lot as we are encouraged by moderation to make new threads instead of finding and resurrecting old threads.
