Early Access Form?

I don't know where I would have learned that I needed to fill out a form (no email or announcement), but I purchased Morrowind CE on 2/1/2017 through Amazon. It doesn't ship until June 6th. I was just told through Amazon there aren't any early access keys provided through them (which is different from what I was told in February).

I was sent here to do the form, yet the "log in" button is just text. I can't actually log in.

Is it because it's too late? Or am I just missing something?

    I also can't send in a support ticket through the website. That was where I had attempted to to start, just as an FYI.

    it seems that the log in button has been broken for a while, but from experience, it also seems to be a browser issue. I know that it doesn't work in chrome and that it DOES work in internet explorer, no idea about other browsers

    Nope, does not work for Microsoft Edge (IE) either. It's just text, and not a link/button.

    odd. because explorer is what I ended up using to submit my form :/ they really need to look into it already

    I don't even know where it was advertised to do this prior to today. I found it buried in a player thread. I'm a casual forum lurker that goes in spurts when it comes to posting. I didn't see anything in the news for the launcher at all about this. Nothing in game when I logged in. I get notification about crown store items though...

    A player sent me a message with a way to log in. In case anyone else has the same issue with multiple browsers, using Internet Explorer, you might need to do a hard refresh (ctrl + F5) multiple times. The "log in" text will stay text, but you can press the area outside the text. It took me about 8 tries.

    It took a few goes, drove me mad (might have left a sarky comment on whether the support page it directed me to was helpful...).

    After being bounced around the support website each time I clicked on "submit" I gave it one more go and it worked.

    Just like that.

    Can't play though, still downloading ...

    And in any case "Morrowind Pre-Purchase Activation" is still unresolved :(

    Same, I didn't try that much on Chrome. Maybe 3 or 4 times before coming here to post about it. Still unresolved, however about ~36% of my trouble tickets have been unresolved going back to 2015. Hopefully these things are still reviewed.

    And to be clear, I was told in February I would get an access code on the day it started (today). I would have handled this sooner had I known differently. I had taken an early day at work to check out the early access...

    They got me taken care of. I know few people come back to say when something gets resolved. Thanks to those that replied here trying to help and to the person who PM'd me with advice.
