I wish all the whiners will stop complaining about just about everything. Sure there are problems and bugs (show me a game that does not have problems). Anyway, some of these whining souls have been playing this game since launch (as I have). They moan and groan, yet keep playing. Cant they recognize or admit they love the game and for once just focus on the positives (which are so many) and appreciate a great game.
Fortunately there are some players that give constructive criticism and a thoughtful and balanced view which I appreciate (and probably ZOS as well).

In today's soap box world...no this isn't possible and it's a real shame. Everything is me me me give give give and if you don't then you suck and are a terrible company. Everybody's problem or issues paramount and the most critical issue non to the dev teams.
The problem, and I understand why, is if we call them out then we would be punished for shaming and naming...hard to police your own community when the ones causing the problems can't be called out on it and controlled.2 -

Why cant you call them out? They are here posting on the forums. Link them up. Nothing naming and shaming about linking in what people have posted.
Or did you mean in game? And if you did, you really want to come to the forums and post today in game I heard Larry say that morrowind is a cash grab?

For the record, OP, I agree with you. This community can be frustratingly negative.
But naming your thread so aggressively does not help things, nor does painting everyone who has a problem they want to talk about with one broad brush. Many people do genuinely encounter problems, and they air their issues because they care about the game, and want it to be better than it is. Some people are more aggressive about it, or have a pet peeve they've been nursing long-term, and neither of those things makes their complaints invalid, nor does it solve anything to dismiss them as "whiners."

You probably don't realize: we complain and provide negative feedback because we love the game. If we hated the game we would have moved on.
Here's the thing: people don't easily hate the game; people hate the developers.
Sure thing, we can focus on the positives. That's why we love the game.
I love this game. I love the lore. I love Argonians. I love the landscapes. I love the art. I love the voice acting. I love the stories. I love the roleplaying. I love the zones. I love the dungeons. I love completing content. I love clearing veteran trials. I love running with other people. I love getting achievements. I love having fun.
But these aren't what we're really looking for, are they? These are not constructive. These are nothing new. These are all just things that we are used to and are paying for. No use repeating the same crap over and over again.
Because despite the positive stuff, we know that the game can be better.
I hate the RNG. I hate farming. I hate grinding. I hate the cash-grabs. I hate the quality of animations. I hate the resource changes. I hate the imbalance. I hate the cash-grabs. I hate the lack of build diversity. I hate the imbalanced racial passives. I hate vMA. I hate the cash-grabs. I hate the developer incompetence. I hate the ignorance of valuable feedback. I hate, hate, hate the cash-grabs.
But I love the game.
Constructive feedback is what drives discussions. It is what drives change. Yes, most of it is going to be negative. Some of it may be positive in the context that it should not change.
But is it whining?
It's constructive. It's not negative for the sake of being negative. There are perfectly valid reasons for people to dislike certain aspects of the game, and you'll just have to accept that. We don't care about the priorities and level of changes we'd like implemented. We don't care about other feedback about more "important" aspects of the game, such as game-changing mechanics, taking priority over our own feedback on little things, such as little visual bugs, and you'll just have to accept that. We don't care if some feedback is more popular than others. Feedback is still feedback, and it's up to the developers, not you, to dictate the priority of the changes suggested.
So no.

So now I can't play at all... not even the boring old game as it used to be
