Regarding collectibles during Early Access for Physical Collector's Edition buyers

So I remember @ZOS_GinaBruno confirming that the collectibles for people who pre-ordered would become available during Early Access. I'm just wondering if this applies to those of us who gained early access via the form (if we pre-ordered the Physical Collector's Edition)? I noticed on my account it just says "Morrowind Upgrade" and nothing about the collector's edition so I want to be sure.

You should get the pre-order bonuses during early access (I pre-ordered the Physical Collector's Edition and got the pre-order bonuses). You will receive a mail in-game with the bonuses attached. However you will have to wait to get the Collector's Edition items, I'm guessing it's because they are codes on a piece of paper in the Physical Collector's Edition and not applied automatically.

That's odd, but I've heard others have had the same problem. Have you tried submitting a ticket?

same for me, I just thought I would get them when I get the physical, but if other who ordered physical got it already then something might be wrong.

from what I understood, you don't get any of the physical edition goodies, until you add the actual code from your physical box. and that most likely has to do with the fact that physical preorders often don't charge you until ship date (it varies from retailer to retailer, naturally, but I'm pretty sure that amazon is not the only one that holds off on credit card charges) . so its possible to game the system to get goodies you are not entitled to, but claiming preorder and then canceling it before you are charged. so... physical edition buyers have to wait for their codes to come in via physical mail.

what bugs me is that given early acess and all.. why is amazon not sending my copy early exactly, whats the point of waiting for release date now? oh well. its only couple of weeks.

Huh, well that's odd, I guess it's a bug that I received mine during early access then.

Same here I have the access code but not the Discovery pack.. will wait and see what happens..

Huh, well that's odd, I guess it's a bug that I received mine during early access then.

@TheWhiteDarkness what you experienced is a bug and zos is aware. Physical collectors edition should receive their preorder bonuses AND collectors edition bonuses when they enter their code.
