Seems they capped movement speed stacking to 200% of base. Tele is fastest now. Dammit and i just purchased race change to play around with that..0 -

ESO typically downloads multiple patch files, which makes working out how big the total download is unnecessarily hard. Right now I'm downloading the first part of the patch, which is about 7.5GB, but obviously it's not the only part.PC NA, PC EU

Nah, that's amount remaining - it's the first part of the patching process, which will take it to 30% when that amount remaining hits 0. The way the progress bar works is odd because it is divided into different stages, and given that, the image looks correct to me.GM - Ghost Sea Trading Co - NA PC

Lol wish I had a Die in a fire gif. Your mad over 50mb/sec? On my crap charter connection I'll be lucky to pull 5 mbps. I pay for 50 and when I call it's always well it's up to 50 mbps not a guaranteed 50 mbps.1 -
