Does the $40 Steam Morrowind "upgrade" give the early access starting on Monday? I got the $40 variant off steam, but then noticed the "lingo" on the eso site are sounding like you need the $60 variant instead? Can someone confirm this please?

Nah, you're confusing the Digital Collector's Upgrade with the Physical Collector's Edition. All preorders for the Digital Standard/Collector's Upgrades will get early access. Physical Collector's buyers have to fill out a form to get temporary access till they get their packages and can redeem their keys.PC-NA Goat2 -
