What if I don't have moondancer yet? Spinner with willpower? Or Julianos? With SPC?
How much dps can your mag warden do on the self buffed skeleton target? 40k?
Also, can you please share your build info for the flawless magplar?

I don't understand the claim that ALL damage in the build gets the Altmer buff. You have some non-elemental damage skills in there.

An older version used basically only elemental damage, I simply forgot to update that statement, thanks for the hint!
