hi everybody
Little background story
I'm relatively new to the game and have been playing since february. From the very beginning I was trying to make bow, rogue kinda, heavy attack build and soon after realised it was a bad idea.
Then I decided to switch to Dual Wield but with the same idea in mind - heavy attack build. This time it worked out better, I got more experience in the game, learned how to weave and so on.
From what I learned the best
sets for heavy attack build were for ..... Mages which was odd for me (stamina casters vs magicka heavy attakers). But away from that, I found some sets for me -
Sergeant's Mail and Sunderflame, it took countless hours of grind to get those sharpened sergeants daggers but I did it, and then it comes - Morrowind patch notes
right to the question
In morrowind heavy attacks are going to do
15% less damage however in Champion System "melee weapon expert" is going to be
buffed by 15% totaling with 35% if maxed out instead of current 25%.
there is given equtaion on heavy attack calcultaion (ex: two handed)
0.0441566 Stamina + 1.75964 WD - 1.59825= damage output
is that 15% debuff is going to be applied to damaged output like that?
(0.0441566 Stamina + 1.75964 WD - 1.59825= damage output)-15%
and will this 15% CP buff cover 15% mechanical debuff?
P.S
I would like to get some advices from experienced players, is there a point of continuing of what I started, will it be viable in morrowind, cause it is certainly viable in current settings.
With 300-CP and purple weapons I manage to get 15k dps on this build (without rotation), I know it is not much but with proper adjustments and rotation I believe this number can be doubled.
I know many players consider this kind of game style boring and noobish, but that what I like and delibarated all of my in-game time to make it real, so please give me some hope
