PvP bug

What's up everyone..let me start by saying I am not new to the game..I have played for nearly two years now..but I am new to the forums and I am fairly new to PvP..I just wanted to share something that happened to me over the weekend in PvP..I was with a group attempting to take over a keep when an enemy player had come outside of the keep from the front door..I used the night blade skill..ambush..to close the gap with him..when I did so I was unintentionally blown through the keeps door before it had come down..I immediately tried to leave the keep and was killed..my question is..what is to stop another player from not realizing what happened was not purposely done and reports the incident to have the offender..in this case me..suspended..I have PvP for about 2-4 months now and this is the first time this has happened to me..I was caught off guard and surprised..should I fear using crit charge or ambush when fighting near a keep..makes me a little nervous to use any kind of gap closer..if this were enough to suspend someone it would make me nervous about even playing PvP..any thoughts?

Was going to report this here also. I already submitted an in game ticket for it. As of yesterday this is still happening and it is very frustrating having 11 NBs jump through a keep door that is at 90%

I've gap closed a couple times into a keep on accident. Every time I either die or bee line it up the stairs to jump back out of the keep. I figure zos could determine what you were up to and clearly see you weren't abusing anything.

Now if I'm still in the keep from when it flipped and my team starts seiging again then I'll start ganking defenders. I didn't exploit in the keep in that case.

I wouldn't worry. Using ambush like that basically only happens accidentally, it is very hard to do on purpose since you only have a split second of opportunity (you have to use ambush during the lag period after the enemy clicked door to enter but before he gets moved through the door) and you have no control/knowledge when exactly the enemy player clicks the door.

There's no way to prevent this from happening from time to time short of stopping using gap closers near keeps doors, which would be an unreasonable demand. ZOS knows this. They won't ban you for entering a keep like this unless you do it repeatedly and on purpose, and this ambush-through-door thing is virtually impossible to do on purpose, much less repeatedly.
