A few questions from a returning player coming back for morrowind...

Hey everyone

Basically i have hopped in and out of ESO, and enjoyed what it has to offer since launch, but due to some irl things, i can now fully commit to an MMO and i have chosen ESO, not just because of morrowind expansion, but it seems a perfect way to jump back in.
i just wanted to know the following:

1 - Can i start a warden at level 1 and just go straight to the new Morrowind area (Vvardenfell) as my first quest zone (after wailing prison) because of the one tamriel update?

2 - How do i actually get to Vvardenfell from the start? i plan on going Daggerfall Covenant or Ebonheart, cant decide yet

3 - With the One tamriel update, am i right in thinking that i can literately just pick any zone order i want for questing? Is there any particular order thats better/more fun?

I think thats all i need to know, unless anyone else has any more tips for starting a fresh in Morrowind, thanks for your time all :)

    1. Yes you can go to morrowind straight away. I do believe it has its own starter area as well. Which is cool and new for a zone :) and you can start a warden right away to once the patch launches. But u have to pay for the morrowind upgrade separate. It does not come with eso plus and is not purchasable with crowns.

    2. You can travel to any zone through a series of npc that take you to different zones. But the quickest way to get somewhere u have never been is to travel to somebody that's already there.
And you should go Aldmeri Dominion.

    3. Yes you can now do every regions quest in any order anywhere on the map but they do have a flow and pattern to them that makes the most sense. But it won't harm ya none to do a quest in a region far away from where u start right of the bag.

Best advice I have. Research the game online. Learn as much as you can. Make some friends in game. Join a guild. And just have fun :)

    1. there is a new starter thing in Morrowind area that you start in. So you will be in Vvard right from the start. you can stay there if you want, mobs are all at your level due to 1 Tam. update.
    2. See above.
    3. Think it relates more to your preferences. I like Elf area better than the others, but your mileage may very. ;)

Adding on to the responses you've already gotten: there's a tutorial and everything in Vvanderfell.

Also, please remember that according to the forums this game has been dying since The Imperial City. Orsinium. Thieves Guild. Dark Brotherhood. Shadows of the Hist. One Tamriel. Homestead. Morrowind.

Don't be shocked in you log in and see you are the only player on the island of Vardenfell, the players can't be wrong 8 times in a row!

Thanks all, really helpful. Do i get to pick between the wailing prison and the new tutorial from the menu then? Or is it just the warden that gets to start there?

Ues to all your questions. But as far as commitment to a MMO , well its not even a mmo anymore. So just play it for the mediocre single player rpg that it is. But i dont think morrowind is a 40$ value though. Its not a tru expansion

I think the wailing prison is being removed.
I remember reading complaints from people who have characters permanently living in the prison being homeless after the patch.
