Skills in Aedric spear, Dawn's wrath, and Restoring light are not morphing after being at lvl 4 for 6 lvl ups (actually rite of passage seems to be the only one that i can morph). Skills in other classes lvl up normally. Also i have not played the game in approx 4-5 months so if there is another thread about this please point me in that direction. Thanks

Thank-you for mentioning this. Recently I've been playing two new Imperial Templar (DPS) and Breton Templar (Healer) characters. With the help of holiday XP bonuses, both characters are at Level 50 with over 360 Champion Points.

For quite some time now, it seems that many skills in the three skill lines that you mention have been at Level 4 for a rather long time. When I have Skill Points to invest, some of them don't show as being morphable. I have been able to morph a few others. Perhaps I should investigate this carefully to obtain a clearer picture and the facts. On the other hand, it would probably be a waste of time and effort, so I haven't bothered. I don't see any reason to invest more time and effort in the ESO game software than the ZOS development team spent before they released changes and new features that have been poorly designed, improperly implemented, or break features that were working well before they touched the code.
