A short time ago, I completed veteran City of Ash and received two keys. I used a key in Glirion Redbeard's chest and it didn't open so I got no rewards. Like the dummy that I am, I tried the second key and the same thing happened. So now, both keys are gone and I got nothing for them. Has this ever happened to anyone else? I searched google, the forums and the knowledge base and don't find anyone reporting this problem. I can't be the only one this has ever happened to, can I? How do I get my keys back?
