Idea for a change of Norden racial passives for Morrowind

Wouldn't it be cool to change the Nord racial passive of frost resist into a frost damage buff (like +5%)? It would give the Nord more utility and usage, especially regarding the warden class? And it would also make it more universally usable for Magicka and Stamina?

It's been suggested before, but they gave that to Wardens. It's also been suggested to give major expedition to Reflective Scale or a morph of it, and they gave that to Warden instead.

So they listen to suggestions, but those buff might not end up where you want them. I'm rolling a Nord Warden for sure.

I think it would also make sense since dunmer have a fire bonus.... you could even think of giving altmer a lightning bonus.... its good when races are more universally appealing and not so forced into one role...

Been requested a few times but doesn't make logical sense.

The passives are meant to represent traits of the race in Tamriel and Nords are not known as frost mages, they in fact distrust magic.

Dunmer get a fire bonus to represent their affinity to destruction magic. Also the argument that having frost damage on a Nord "won't force into a role" wouldn't be true, you would see people rolling more Nord Wardens because of that buff to damage in the frost line.

No matter what the bonus people will gravitate towards min/max, so each player makes a choice Min/Max or what they like to play.

Being bulletproof doesn't make you a "bullet". Damage and resist are not same thing.

Frost isnt a damage spell type in this game (intent is defensive)
Also nords resist the cold by lore and are rarely casters
