Here is my noob-friendly WW build for Morrowind : The Blessed

Gear: 5x Necropotence , 5x Pelenals , 2 Kenas.
Race choices : ORC / Argonian / Redguard / Imperial / Nord

Preferable 5 Heavy 1 medium 1 light

This build is suitable for small and medium group pvp,
In the video I don't use Any points in Cost reduction ,cuz i want to prepare for the upcoming update . I have to say the stamina management on WW is a nightmare , you will have to do a lot of heavy attacks . The one good thing is that our damage comes from light attacks and the dots.

I've always wondered if Necropotence counted on the dire wolves. Nice build!

I imagine there'll be some people attempting to get it to work with Wardens that wear silly Undaunted hats that summon deadra or Morkuldin swords or some such.
